Robin is an experienced Change Management and Organization Effectiveness leader with more than 15 years of experience in a variety of industries/environments, including: Pharmaceuticals, Food, Retail, Non-Profit, Printing and Wine & Spirits. Robin is a change agent, with a passion for helping organizational leaders move their organizations from current to future state.
Managing large-scale transformations by assessing the impact of change on the organization, assessing the readiness of the organization to go through the change process, managing leadership engagement, designing and redesigning organizational structures, preparing employees for ERP system implementations, and coaching leaders through the transformations are areas of expertise.
Robin’s work has primarily been around M&A Integration work, which includes being on a management team responsible for turning around an operation losing $800K/month, post-acquisition. The success of the turnaround was due partly to creating buy in from employees and union officials, communicating often and keeping employees aware of the state of the business, giving employees a voice, whether through employee opinion polls, or participating directly on project teams, cultivating a more engaging culture, managing external stakeholder relationships, and developing the leaders, whose efforts were led by Robin.
In summary, Robin cultivates persuasive change by helping leaders visualize, understand and accomplish their organization’s strategic goals. She plans and manages large-scale interventions of change, manages leadership development and engagement, conduct change impact/readiness assessments, redesign/restructure organizations, and develops and executes organization development interventions.
Robin has a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree and published her first book in 2014.
